Aycarumba! Aycarumba! Aycarumba! Aycarumba!
This will make Virg a rock god. Virg grooves his Vaters off on several of these rock tunes.
I LOVE THIS MUSIC w/VIRG!
Aycarumba! Aycarumba! Aycarumba! Aycarumba!

Yes the clips sound really good. The band sound's reinvigerated with Virg and the song's have a greater level of intensity to them. In fact Soto said when they went in the first time to jam with Virg that there was a new passion that was present with the whole band with Virg in the drumming seat as compared to beforehand. Because of this they decided to rework the song's and even add a few. Hope to catch them live.

Virgil's website say something about Deen dropping out due to conflicts with Journey, but wouldn't Neil Schon have the same conflicts? Did they just dump him in favor of Virgil?

From what I read somewhere, I think Deen is trying to get his health back in order. I've always dug both of those guys. Deen-o is def. no slouch! I wish him the best.

That makes sense. I'm glad Virgil didn't steal his gig! Deen's a great player and "ghost drums" on a lot of projects he's not credited with.

I heard the same thing about the "ghost drumming" thing. I would be interested to know who he did this with. Anyone got any info?
